Had an issue early Saturday evening that caused me to have to shut off all water to the house, so naturally, my husband wasn’t home. I called People’s Choice in a panic and Joe came out right away to at least get water to the house and scheduled to come fix the rest the following day. When my husband got home, we realized it wasn’t as bad as we thought so I called to cancel the followup and pay for Joe’s time on a Saturday night. He wouldn’t let me pay. Hopefully we don’t we need to call a plumber often, but when we do, it will defintely be Joe! Its hard to find people who are truly about customer service and People’s Choice sets a high standard for service.
